- 健全한 은경랍땜의 作業條件을 얻기 爲하여, 이음 間隔을 變化시켰 作業하였을 때의 이음 引張强度에 對하여 實驗的으로 考察하였다. 그 結果 軟鋼板의 은경랍땜시 適切한 이음 間隔은 0.05-0.4㎜, 이음 引張强度는 27-35㎏/㎟으로 나타났으며, 이것은 軟鋼板에 軟鋼熔接時보다 우수함을 보였다.
The strengh of the silver brazed joint of the mild steel plate was studied by examing the tensile strength of the brazed zone. The strength of a brazed joint depends mainly upon the uniform flow of a thin layer of filler material between the closely fitted surface of the material. The tensile strength of the silver brazed joint was found to be 27-35㎏/㎟ for the joint clearance of 0.5-0.4㎜, which show that the silver brazing gives better welding than the mild steel welding.
