Abstract 
本 論文에서는 組合論理回路의 信賴度를 計算하는데 부울代數를 利用하는 方法을 提示하였다. 한 回路의 모든 入力은{0,1}값을 갖는 確率變數로 나타내 지고 出力은 부울 積의(Sum of product)式으로 表示되어 지며 出力確率의 연산 計算은 竝列演算이라고 命名되는 부울代數算法에 의하여 記號的으로 計算된다.
A Boolean alegbra method for computing the reliability in a combinational logic circuit is presented. It is shown that every inputs of such a circuit can be treated as random variables with values set(0,1) so that the output of a circuit can be represented by a Boolean sum of product expression and the calculation of the probabilities of the outputs of the circuit can be symbolically computed by the Boolean operation which is named as parallel operation.
