- Nb_2O_5를 Pb(Zr_0.54, Ti_0.46)O_3와 Pb를 Sr로 部分置換시킨 Pb_0.95 Sr_0.05(Zr_0.54, Ti_0.46)O_3에 添加하여 그 重量比에 따라 여러 가지 試片을 製造하였으며 特性은 다음과 같다. 가장 높은 誘電流을 나타낸 것은 Pb_0.95 Sr_0.05(Zr_0.54, Ti_0.46)에 Nb_2O_5를 1(wt%) 첨가한 試片(S-3)으로 ε_33^τ/ε_0가 1381이고, 가장 높은 전기기계 결합계수는 순수한 Pb(Zr_0.54, Ti_0.46)O_3 에 Nb_2O_5를 1(wt%)첨가한 試片(P-3)으로 K_t가 0.5303을 보였다. 그리고 Nb_2O_5의 첨가량에 따라 큐리온도가 저온측으로 移動하면서 큐리온도에서의 誘戰率이 높게 나타났다.
In this paper, the samples were produced by adding Nb_2O_5 to pure Pb(Zr_0.54, Ti_0.46)O_3 and Pb_0.95, Sr_0.05(Zr_0.54, Ti_0.46)O_3 (lead was partially substituted by 5 mole% strontia) in various weight percentages. The characteristics are as follows. By adding Nb_2O_5, the largest value of dielectric constant ε_33^τ/ε_0 was 1381 for the sample (S-3) which contained 5mole % SrO and 1 weight % Nb_2O_5, and the largest value of coupling coefficient K_t was 0.5303 for the sample (P-3) which contained only 1 weight % Nb_2O_5. Curie temperatures were transferred to lower temperature by adding Nb_2O_5, and dielectric constants at the curie temperatures were high.
