- 本 調査 硏究는 우리나라의 各 企業體에서 非生産的인 企業體質을 改善하여 經營合理化를 期하기 위해서 展開되고 있는 全社的 品質管理運動(T.Q.C)의 實行技法으로 Q.C 써어클活動을 運營하고 있으나 現在 各 企業體의 Q.C 써얼클活動은 導入 過程과 運營面에서 많은 問題點이 發生되어 期待했던 成果를 達成하지 못하고 있는 實情이므로 이의 活動을 圓滑히 運營할 수 있는 方案을 提示하기 위해서 釜山, 慶南地域을 中心으로 86個 Q.C 써어클 팀을 標本으로 그 實態를 調査, 分析하여 우리나라 企業 實情에 適合한 工場새마을 運動의 實踐 母體로서 定着, 發展할 수 있는 合理的인 Q.C 써어클活動 推進 方案 硏究 提示하였다.
The movement of Q.C. Circle has been adopted as an actual performance of T.Q.C. which has been extending to achieve the most efficient management by remeduing the unproductive conditions at firms in Korea. However the Q.C. Circle has worked not so efficiently as expected and, in fact, many difficulties are encountered in operating Q.C. Circle. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is first to research and analyze 86 Q.C. Circle teams sampled mainly from Pusan-Kyung Nam area in order to propose a plan which can operate Q.C. Circle amicably. In the next a reasonable propulsion plan for Q.C. Circle is studied so that the Q.C. Circle could be able to settle in and develope as the key of New Firms Movement which is in conformity with the real conditions of firms in Korea.
