Abstract 
Electron-beam evaporation 법으로 준비된 Gd-Fe막이 수직으로 일축이방자장성을 가짐을 알았다. 시료로 채택한 Gd_xFe_(1-x)의 조성범위는 0.20≤x≤0.30이고 두께는 1000∼2000A˚범위에 있다. Hall효과를 측정함으로써 이들 막이 수직이방성을 가짐을 알았다. Transverse Hall 효과와 planer Hall 효과의 온도의존성을 연구하였으며 transverse Hall 효과가 planer Hall 효과보다 크다는 것과 extraordinary Hall 효과가 이들 막에서 transverse Hall 효과를 좌우한다는 결론이 얻어졌다. 또한 Hall 효과의 compensation 현상을 얻었으며 Gd_0.3-Fe_0.7 막에서 compensation 온도가 50˚∼70˚사이에 있고 Hall효과의 극성(방향성)이 compensation 온도에서 반대로 나타났다. Transverse Hall 전압의 hysterisis 곡선과 시료진동형자력계에 의한 B-H hysteresis를 비교하였다. , Gd-Fe films which are known to have uniaxial magnetic anisotropy perpendicular to the film are prepared by the electron-beam evaporation technique. Gd_xFe_(1-x) films are prepared in the range of 0.20&lt
x&lt
0.30 and their thickness are 1000A˚∼2000A˚. By measuring Hall effect it is found that the perpendicular anisotropy is induced on these film. Angular dependence of the transverse and the planer Hall effects is studied. Results obtained show that the transverse Hall effect is much larger than the planer one and the extraordinary Hall effect plays a dominant role in the transverse Hall effect in these films. Compensation phenomenon of the Hall effect is also observed. Compensation temperature measured in Gd_0.3-Fe_0.7 film lies in the range of 50℃-70℃ and the polarity of the Hall effect is reversed at the compensation temperature. Hysteresis loop of the transverse Hall voltage is compared with B-H curve measured by the vibrationg sample magetometer.
